Hey! @hivesauna is back after a 'summer socials hiatus' and what a beautiful summer it's been - on the road creating memories at festivals, weddings and wellness gatherings. April is here, Spring is in the the air 🌱 and with this our final month of our residency at @hathersageswimmingpool. What an awesome time it's been! This pool has an amazing community of swimmers, cyclists, runners, lifeguards and weekend visitors! During the Winter season we've arranged plant-based rituals, colder than usual plunging (4 degrees) and warmer than usual swimming (around 21 degrees.)You should definitely come and visit for an #outdoorswim x #sauna session. (We're 50-mins from #manchester by train and 25-mins from #sheffield.) Start with a cold plunge, then a warm plunge in the pool, before hitting the sauna, it's a magical way to lift the body temperature. Tickets include 50mins of sauna/plunge followed by 60mins of swimming. DM us for details or for a sauna private hire.

Thanks for joining us at Serotonin Sunday yesterday. What a great day of sauna and sunshine 🔥 ☀️ We have news.. After a beautiful residency @plattfields_marketgarden , the Hive is moving location for A/W 2024.I want to say a massive thanks to all you wonderful sauna people, our brilliant sauna crew and the amazing team at PF for having us. Hive is all about the community. We love to sauna in green spaces and by the water as well as urban squares and courtyards.
