General FAQs

Please arrive 10 or 15mins before start time to check-in with our sauna hosts, receive a wristband and get changed into swim wear. 

Bring footwear to move between the pool and the sauna, a water bottle to remain hydrated and two towels – one for sitting on and one for drying yourself.

The location may have changing rooms, showers and lockers. Please check with your sauna host on arrival

You will be greeted by a sauna host and introduced to the site. We recommend 2 or 3 rounds of sauna and cold plunge, with some rest time in between. We sometimes experiment with sound and plants, so feel free to make requests.

We only accept over 16s to into our community sauna sessions. Under 16s can only attend if they are with parents and the session is a private hire. In this scenario, the parents are responsible for the child’s safety and welbeing.

All guests are asked to complete a health disclaimer as part of the booking confirmation email.

Your sauna host will request for some guests to complete the disclaimer before accessing the sauna. Please complete in advance of entering the sauna.

Bookings

Every page has a ‘Book ticket’ button top right. This shows all available session bookings. You can choose

  • Member sessions
  • Sauna and plunge
  • Swim & Sauna Club
  • Special events
  • Bundles

Select the session, choose a date/time, create an account and pay. Once you have completed a booking you can manage it from your account. Login via the main menu and footer link.

A bundle lets you pay for 5x or 10x sessions and receive a discount. You can select timeslots when you buy the bundle or at a later date. To add sessions:

  1. Log into your account – https://www.hivesauna.com/customer-cabinet/
  2. Go to Orders
  3. Find the bundle and click Summary
  4. Then Start scheduling to add sessions

You will need to cancel and rebook you appointment. To do this:

  1. Log into your account – https://www.hivesauna.com/customer-cabinet/
  2. Go to Appointments
  3. Find the sessions and click Summary
  4. Then Cancel

Once cancelled you should receive an email notification. Refunds usually take 5 working days.

For sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the start time, no refund will be given. Hive Sauna needs at least this amount of time to relist and resell your ticket. 

You can cancel your sessions from your account area.

  1. Log into your account – https://www.hivesauna.com/customer-cabinet/
  2. Go to Appointments
  3. Find the sessions and click Summary
  4. Then Cancel
